This berry delicious - lychee sake-tini cocktail is the perfect kiss of calm to start your evening.

Ingredients
3 Oz. chilled Vanilla Stoli
3 Oz. Nigori Sake
2 Tbsp. Lychee Juice
0.5 Oz. Blackberry Liquor
2 Fresh Huckleberries or Blackberries- garnish
2 Fresh Lychee-garnish
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Pour into 2 martini glasses.
Using a spoon over glass technique, carefully pour a splash of blackberry liquor into spoon and gently into
the cocktail.
Garnish with a toothpick of 1 lychee and 1-2 berries in each glass.
Recipe Note
* If you want to forgo the blackberry liquor, you can try muddling 2-3 fresh blackberries in the bottom of the shaker and straining the seeds out before pouring into your glass. This will be a less sweet cocktail.
