HOLIDAY SHIPPING TRACKING

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Exluding: Alaska, Quam, Hawaii,Palau, Puerto Rico, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

We calculate your shipping rate based on the total order price.

$25 and under: $8 ground
$25-$150: $10 ground
$150- $400: Ground Free Shipping
$400 and up : Contact us for calculated rate

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days for all in-stock items.
Our default shipping method is UPS or USPS ground, which takes between 4-7 business days depending on distance ( we ship from Washington state ).
However, holidays, weather, and heavy demand might extend delivery timing.
Please allow longer ship times for any special order items direct from vendor.

Please note: we are not able to combine orders for shipment.

CUSTOM ORDERS

EXPRESS OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Due to its environmental cost, we don't offer rush or expedited shipping at this time, We hope you understand.
However, in special cases we might be able to accommodate.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS?

We care about Mother Earth, so we pack every item with special care using 100% recyclable, biodegradable paper & fill the void space with recyclable paper as much as possible.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Once the item is fulfilled, we will send you an email or sms with tracking information.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR BROKEN PRODUCT 

Oh no!  We want you to be 100% happy with your lollygag order so, if anything in your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and get a replacement out to you ASAP. We will issue you a return label via email at this time.
Please send us a clear photo of the damaged item to help@lollygag.co and include your name and order number.

However, If the item is out of stock or was one of a kind (for example, vintage), you will receive a store credit.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship only in the continental 48 states.
We do not typically ship internationally. However, we might be able to accommodate special requests. Please contact us directly help@lollygag.co and for more information.

To help with your holiday shopping gift giving, purchases (excluding vintage & used) made between October 15 Through December 26 can be returned until January 14
