We LOVE Mother Earth! That's why we put great thought and care into our packaging materials and where they end up once you've received your fantastic order. We wrap as much of our orders as we can with a 100% recyclable, biodegradable paper products by Geami and fill the void space with recyclable brown paper. Both of these products have been proven to be much better protection than standard bubble wrap.

Our tape is a reinforced kraft paper that is eco-friendly and recyclable, so go ahead and put the box with the tape in your recyclable bin... no need to separate them (:

We do not typically ship internationally. However, we might be able to accommodate special requests. Please contact us directly help@lollygag.co and for more information.

Sadly right now we do not have a brick and mortar store, but things can always change!

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

We calculate your shipping rate based on the total order price.

$25 and under: $6 UPS ground
$25-$150: $10 UPS ground
$150- $400: UPS ground Free Shipping
$400 and up : Contact us for calculated rate

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days for all in-stock items. Our default shipping method is UPS ground, which takes between 4-7 business days depending on distance ( we ship from Washington state ). However, holidays, weather, heavy demand & special orders might extend delivery timing.

We will happily accept returns for all regular store items within two weeks of the date you received your order.
Vintage & used & perishable (spices) item like cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged or broken,

When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. Once the item is fulfilled, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly on your account page.

Important: custom orders are final and cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged or with defects.

Our goal is to provide the lowest prices for our products with every purchase, that's why we only offer special promo codes every now and then. to stay in the loop, sign up for our email list. Just remember to use your code when you're checking out, as it won't be able to be added after the fact.
