4 oz. Premium Gin (or Vodka can be subbed)

2 oz. Butterfly Pea Simple Syrup

4 oz. Lychee juice or nectar

3 oz. Fresh lemon juice
Garnish

2 Fresh lychees

2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar or Turbinado sugar for the rim of each glass

Directions
Method
Combine a cocktail shaker with the gin, lemon juice, lychee juice, butterfly pea and ice and shake well.
Pour some Turbinado sugar onto a small plate.
Then, using a wedge of lemon, rub it along the edge of your coupe or martini glass and gently rotate your glass edge into the sugar on your plate.
Pour the chilled cocktail into your glass and add 1 lychee on a bar toothpick on top or in the glass for garnish. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
This Butterfly Pea syrup is great for many cocktail, cocktails, or daily tea. Keep it on hand in the fridge and add a great antioxidant to your daily routine!
You can sub the sugar for regular cane sugar if needed.
