.5 oz. Limoncello

.5 oz Pomegranate juice

Champagne or Prosecco of choice

1/4 Tsp. Pink edible glitter(or color of choice)
Garnish

1 Star Fruit (otherwise known as Carambola)- sliced thinly about 1/8” thick.
You will also need

Cocktail picks for the star fruit garnish- We used a sturdy metal one since the star fruit is a bit heavy for a garnish.
Directions
Pour the Limoncello and Pomegranate juice into your coupe glass.
Add the glitter and top off your glass with chilled champagne or Prosecco of choice.
Stir the glitter gently with a toothpick in the glass to combine and add your star fruit garnish to the edge of your glass and serve.

You can play with different fruit flavors such as passion fruit or mango and different glitter colors for your occasion.
