Gingerbread Cookie Cocktail

Ingredients

6 oz. Spiced Rum

1/2 Fresh lemon- juiced

3.5 oz. Gingerbread Cream Liqueur

1 oz. Honey Cinnamon Simple Syrup

1 Pasteurized egg white

3 Grinds of Fresh ground Cinnamon plus 1 for garnish

Fresh sprig of herbs for garnish( Thyme, Rosemary, or Sage)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for garnishes in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously untila nice frothy top is formed.
Strain into a coupe glass and top a couple of spoonfuls of foam from the shaker.
Garnish with fresh ground cinnamon and a fall herbal sprig of choice pinned to the side of your glass with a decorative mini clothes pin. (optional)
