Ingredients
1-2 Large Garlic Cloves- Peeled, trimmed, and minced finely
1 Cup Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 Cup Fresh Italian Parsley ( you can sub with regular parsley)
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
Directions
Fill a medium to large mason jar with the Olive Oil.
Next add the minced garlic, Parsley & salt.
Stir to combine and close with an airtight lid until use.
Recipe Note
* This oil should last for 1-2 weeks and you can keep replenishing the Olive Oil and add more garlic as you use to keep it longer.
* I find this oil amazing for many things- dipping focaccia or rustic breads with main dishes, marinating chicken, pork or steak, and it's a terrific oil to use as a base when cooking savory dishes...good to go!
