Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat and add the sugar, honey, and lemon juice and cook, stirring constantly for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture turns a light golden brown.
Next, add the apple wedges and Chai Masala and continue to cook stirring often for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are tender and look caramelized.
Remove from heat and let cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
