Ingredients

2 oz. Absolut Vanilla Vodka (or any quality Vanilla Vodka)

.5 oz. Spiced Rum

1/2 Lemon-Juiced

1 oz. Honey Cinnamon Simple Syrup

1.5 oz. Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur (we used Fulton’s Harvest from Total Wine)

1 Tsp. Heavy Cream or Whole Milk
Garnishes
-
Dash of fresh ground Cinnamon

1 piece of Picasso Bubbling Sugar Tuile
-
1-2 mini clothes pins or garnish clips for your glass
Directions
Place all of the main ingredients, excluding the 2 garnishes into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until nice and frothy.
Pour slowly into a coupe glass of choice and garnish with a sprinkle of Cinnamon on top.
Optional- Finish your glass with a piece of bubble sugar by carefully cutting away a slit in the bubbles big enough to place it over the edge of your glass.
(You will want to use a clip placed on the back of sugar garnish, pinned to glass to hold it up in place & you may also need one in front as well.)
Recipe Note
Sugar garnish-be very gentle, you can try lightly tapping with the edge of a small knife, but from trial & error- this can sometimes cause it to shatter if the pressure is too hard.
I recommend using the end/edge of small knife and gently pressing down into the area to cut the sugar slowly away instead.
Make enough extra ones in case there is a breakage in cutting a slit in the tuile.
