(Like your favorite cookie, but made boozy)

Ingredients

2.5 oz. Vanilla Stoli Vodka

.75 oz. Cinnamon simple syrup (home made or store bought)

1 oz. Oat milk creamer (or oat milk for a lighter twist) See notes.

.5 oz. Coffee liqueur or Irish Cream(optional but adds cookie depth) We used Grind Espresso liqueur.

½ Fresh lemon- juiced-plus Lemon peel twist- Garnish

Cinnamon-Sugar Rim:

1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar

1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously until creamy and chilled.

Strain into your cinnamon-sugar–rimmed glass (rocks or coupe).

Garnish with a fresh lemon twist, tiny dusting of cinnamon or a mini cookie or caramel popcorn on a garnish stick on top.

Glass Prep:

Mix equal parts cinnamon and sugar on a small plate.

Run a lemon wedge (or a bit of syrup) around the rim of your glass, then dip and swirl to coat.

Recipe Note

• You can add a splash of half & half or cream to your shaker for a richer, creamier cocktail.
