Ingredients

6 oz. of Absolut Citron Vodka (or sub with any good vodka)

2 C. of tomato juice

1-2 Lemons-juiced (save part of the peel for garnish later)

2 Tsp. of Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 Tsp. of English Mustard

2 Tsp. pickle juice
-
3/4 Tsp. of Tabasco sauce
-
1/4 Tsp. celery salt
-
Pinch of salt
-
Pinch of pepper
Garnish
-
1 Bacon Jammiin’ Toastie- Cut into cubes: 4 cubes for garnish and rest for munching
-
4 mini Gherkins
-
2 Fresh Celery stalks with leaves
-
2 Long toothpicks for garnishes
Directions
Combine all main drink ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake or stir well.
Wet rim of glasses with lemon and using a small plate with your chili lime seasoning on it, gently twirl edge of the glass to coat rims.
Garnish each glass with a skewer of 2 toastie squares with mini Gherkins in between each piece, and lemon peel.
Add a celery stalk to each glass and serve immediately.
