This festive cocktail is a sweet marriage of a strawberry filled Sufganiyot (Israeli Donut) and a Lemon Drop... The perfect way to kick off your Chanukah celebration!.

Ingredients
4 Oz. Vanilla Stoli Vodka
2 oz. Frangelico
1 Tsp. Strawberry Preserves (we used Bonne Maman French Strawberry Preserves)
1 Small fresh lemon-juiced
Super fine sugar for the rim of your glass (we used Pomegranate for color)
1 Fresh strawberry or lemon peel for garnish
Directions
Use the lemon half to brush along the edge of your coupe glass.
Gently roll the edge of the glass in a small plate of sugar to coat the edge.
Then combine the first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously to incorporate the strawberry preserves.
Pour into your sugar rimmed glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry on a cocktail toothpick, or a strawberry slice with a slit in it to place on edge of the glass. You may also garnish with a fresh lemon peel if preferred.
Recipe Note
If you are not a fan of strawberry, you can easily sub with your favorite preserves.
