Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 2 Apple slices for garnish 1/2 C. 100% Raw Honey 1/2 C Water 1 Cinnamon Stick Place water, honey, and cinnamon stick in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Once cooled, pour into an air tight container or mason jar and store in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish each glass with a fresh apple slice. Take a whole apple and slice it through the middle from the side to side to get a star shape where seeds are in the middle of your slice. Slice again about a 1/8" thin slice and repeat. Remove seeds from both slices. Make a single cut into each piece about half way into the middle so you can easily lace them on the edge of your glasses.
