Ingredients

2 oz. Coconut Rum

2 oz. Spiced Rum

1/2 Tsp. Golden Milk Spice

1 oz. Turmeric Liquor (or make your own-Turmeric Ginger simple syrup)

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

3.5 oz. Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk

1 Egg white-Pastuerized
-
1/2 Lemon-Juiced
-
Pinch of Golden Spice
-
Sprinkle of fresh ground Cinnamon
Garnish
Directions
Add the coconut milk and Golden Spice in a small cup and mix well to combine.
Then in a large shaker with ice, combine the rest of the ingredients except for garnish and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds for the foam to occur. -Alternatively, you have a whipped cream dispenser, you can use that for a really good foam, just omit the egg white from the shaker and put 2 egg whites in the dispenser with 1/2 Tsp. of Turmeric syrup for added flavor and follow directions for your dispenser.
Pour into 2 coupe or martini glasses and add a little pinch of Golden Spice to the center top of your drink.
Using a chopstick or straw, carefully swirl the spices into the foam until you have a nice swirl.
Sprinkle with a tiny bit of fresh ground Cinnamon Sugar-optional.
