Directions
Using a hand juicer, juice the blood oranges and pour into a cup for later.
Using equal parts, pour enough blood orange juice into each champagne glass to fill them up a little less than half way.
Pour chilled champagne or Prosecco into each glass slowly to fill almost to the top of the glass.
Serve immediately & Enjoy!

* You can easily make this even more fun with strawberry puree, macerated peaches, or blackberries or pomegranate juice.
