Ingredients
2.5 oz. Mezcal
2 oz. Dark Rum
1 Fresh lime- juiced
1 oz. Simple syrup
2 oz. Horchata Cream Liqueur (available at any Total Wines or Bevmo)
2-3 grinds of fresh ground Cinnamon
Garnish
Fresh Ground Cinnamon
1 Handful of edible flowers-optional, such as pansies, violets, violas, or marigolds.
Directions
Combine all ingredients excluding garnishes in a cocktail shaker over ice, and give it a good long shake until frothy.
Strain into 2 coupe glasses and garnish with fresh ground cinnamon and 1-2 edible flowers.
Recipe Note
You can also garnish with a fresh lime twist if edible flowers are not readily available.
