This citrusy gin classic is the perfect start for any brunch & an excellent toast for Fat Tuesday/ Mardi Gras celebrations!

Ingredients

2 oz. Quality Gin

1 oz. Simple syrup

.5oz Fresh lime juice

.5oz Fresh lemon juice

2 oz. Heavy cream

1 Egg white

3-4 Drops Orange flower water

Crushed ice

Seltzer or Club soda to top off

Fresh ground Cinnamon- garnish

Directions
Place all ingredients except for the last 3 into a large cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until foam has formed and drink is frothy.

Add the crushed ice and shake again for 1-2 minutes.

Strain into a collins glass or coupe glass and top with a splash of seltzer.

Sprinkle with fresh cinnamon and serve immediately while froth it fresh.
