Classic Ramos Gin Fizz
Ingredients

2 oz. Quality Gin

1 oz. Simple syrup
-
.5oz Fresh lime juice
-
.5oz Fresh lemon juice
-
2 oz. Heavy cream
-
1 Egg white
-
3-4 Drops Orange flower water
-
Crushed ice
-
Seltzer or Club soda to top off
-
Fresh ground Cinnamon- garnish
Directions
Place all ingredients except for the last 3 into a large cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until foam has formed and drink is frothy.
Add the crushed ice and shake again for 1-2 minutes.
Strain into a collins glass or coupe glass and top with a splash of seltzer.
Sprinkle with fresh cinnamon and serve immediately while froth it fresh.
