Uniquely Crafted with a 60's Danish vibe, these light-weight coffee/tea mugs are hand blown from transparent ribbed textured Borosilicate glass (this means it will not crack under extreme temperature changes like regular glass- and is more durable) and have a pure wood handle making them Mad Men worthy and a fun & stylish gift.

Hand wash only, do not soak in water (due to wood handle.)
Recommended care of wood- use a small amount of beeswax to condition your wood periodically to keep it from cracking.

What Is Borosilicate? & Why we love it

Borosilicate is a type of glass that contains silica & boron trioxide, which a more durable,
non toxic material that won't crack under extreme temperatures - even when using in the microwave.

Borosilicate glass is much stronger than regular glass and if it does break, it tends to crack into larger pieces rather than shattering, making it safer and easier to clean up.
