We LOVE Mother Earth! That's why we put great thought and care into our packaging materials and where they end up once you've received your fantastic order. We wrap as much of our orders as we can with a 100% recyclable, biodegradable paper products by Geami and fill the void space with recyclable brown paper. Both of these products have been proven to be much better protection than standard bubble wrap.

Our tape is a reinforced kraft paper that is eco-friendly and recyclable, so go ahead and put the box with the tape in your recyclable bin... no need to separate them (:

Absolutely! Any page where you enter any personal details such as address, phone number, or credit card information is a secure Shopify server that keeps your information safe. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Our gift cards are fantastic, easy to send. Choose from a collection of cool hand-illustrated designs, and customize your delivery method: send via email, SMS or print it yourself! Check it out here.

For now, we ship only in the continental 48 states. We do not typically ship internationally. However, we might be able to accommodate special requests. Please contact us directly at help@lollygag.co for more information.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

We calculate your shipping rate based on the total order price.

• $25 and under: $8 UPS ground
• $25-$150: $10 UPS ground
• $150- $400: UPS ground Free Shipping
• $400 and up: Contact us for calculated rate

We process all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Our standard shipping is via UPS or USPS Ground.
Please note:

• Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or high demand.
• Special-order items shipping directly from vendors may take longer.
• We are unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment.

We will happily accept returns for all regular store items within two weeks of the date you received your order.

Vintage & used & perishable (spices) items cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged or broken.

* Holiday - All orders placed between Nov-Dec can be returned or exchanged till Jan 14th, please review our full policy here.

When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. Once the item is fulfilled, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly on your account page.

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days for all in-stock items using standard shipping via UPS or USPS. You can expect all in-stock items to arrive within 2-7 business days. However, holidays, weather & heavy demand might extend delivery timing.

Holiday Shipping: UPS & USPS holiday deadline is Dec. 15. Any order placed past this date might arrive after Christmas day. For more accurate timeline please visit our shipping page.
