RETURNS

We will happily accept returns for all regular store items within two weeks of the date you received your order.
We cannot exchange items that are returned to us in anything less than new condition.

 Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED / BROKEN PRODUCT

Oh no!  We want you to be 100% happy with your lollygag order so, if anything in your order arrives damaged, please contact us at help@lollygag.co within 3 business days.

Please include a clear photo of the damaged item & box in your email and include your name and order number.

We'll get a replacement out to you ASAP.

  • If the item is out of stock or was one of a kind (for example, vintage), you will receive a store credit.

custom orders: cannot be returned, please contact us directly for more information.

Please note that the responsibility for safely getting items back to us falls on you, If possible, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging.

Vintage and perishable items such as spices cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were delivered damaged or broken.

How to return

Please email us at help@lollygag.co with your order number and the items you wish to return.
You will receive an email from us including return instructions and a printable pre-paid return shipping label.

Once items are received in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost.

 Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please note that the responsibility for safely getting breakable items back to us falls on you.

We cannot exchange items that are returned to us in anything less than like-new condition, so if the item is damaged in return transit, you will not receive a refund. We recommend using to a trusted shipper to pack your items. The cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be comped.

Returns received after 15 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit.

    We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.

    IMPORTED & CUSTOM ORDERS 

    Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged!

    Imported items

    Imported items can be returned (within our returns policy)  with a 20% restocking fee & return shipping cost. Check the product page for details on our returns policy.

    FINAL SALE

    Final sale means no returns or exchanges!

      PERISHABLE ITEMS

      All perishable goods, such as spices, are non returnable at this time!

      HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGE

      To help with your holiday shopping gift giving, purchases made between October 15 Through December 26 can be returned or exchanged until January 14
