Hand-Wash Only with warm soap & water and a soft sponge to preserve the gold metallic finish. After cleaning - To bring the shine back to your tray, we recommend massaging a little olive oil with a soft towel over the tray gently and let sit for a few hours, then use a clean cloth to wipe the tray clean.
* This particular finish on the tray is impervious to harsh cleaners containing alcohol and ammonia or boiling water. Wash with a soft sponge and warm soap and water.
