Honey Lavender Syrup
Directions
Heat the water, honey, and lavender springs to a simmer in a small saucepan, stirring until the honey is dissolved.
Bring to a low boil for 1 minute -no longer.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer into an airtight mason jar or container of choice.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

This syrup is great for many uses- cocktails, mocktails, lemonades, teas, coffees and lattes.
