This sweet and spicy marinade makes for a KILLER Korean BBQ! Let your meats marinate in this magical mixture for at least 2-3 hours or better yet overnight for maximum flavor
Ingredients
1 C. Soy sauce
1 C. Water
1 C. Brown sugar
1/2 C. Green onions- Chopped
2 Tbsp. Ginger paste
4 Large garlic clove-Peeled and minced
1 Tsp. Asian chili oil
1/2 C. Sesame oil
1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients until combined.
Let meats marinate in the mixture for at least 4-6 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
Recipe Note
This can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks- best to let sit to room temp and stir well before use.
