This is an easy, tangy & tasty aioli recipe filled with lemon-garlic flavors, perfect for saucing your roasted pork or chicken dishes, sandwiches, and great for dipping those delicious Pomme Frites in!

Ingredients
1 Large Garlic clove- peeled & trimmed
1 Cup Asian Mayonnaise (or Regular Mayo if not available-Asian mayo tends to have a more mild flavor.)
2-3 turns of fresh ground pepper
1/4 Tsp. Sea Salt
1 Fresh Lemon- juiced plus zest ( about 2-3 Tbsp. of juice & 1/4 Tsp of zest)
1/4 Tsp. Yellow Mustard Powder
6 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Combine the mayo, lemon juice and zest, mustard, salt & pepper in a small mixing bowl.
Next, using a garlic grate plate, grate the garlic until emulsified. (Alternatively, you can finely grate or mince the garlic instead.)
Add it to the mayo mixture and mix well.
Then, add the olive oil and stir well until completely combined and smooth. If the consistency is too thick, then you can add a bit more lemon juice until it is to your liking.
Store in an airtight container for 1 week or serve with your dishes of choice.
