This bright and fresh zero-proof strawberry-lime cooler is perfect for kids or adults alike looking for a good mocktail recipe or a delicious spritzer.
Inspired by a Beatles themed party, this drink is easy to whip up all year long and great for sipping porch-side in the summertime!

Ingredients
1.5 - 2 oz. Strawberry -Lime Syrup (Can be prepared ahead of time for ease.)See notes on quantity.
2 Fresh lime- juice of
A small handful of fresh mint leaves- torn
1- 1.25 Cups ice cubes- preferably crushed or small chips
Carbonated water, Sprite, or 7-Up (see notes)
Garnish
2 Fresh mint leaves
2 Fresh Strawberries
Directions
Lightly muddle the torn mint, strawberry syrup, and lime juice in the bottom of a shaker.
Pour into 2 highball glasses filled ½- ¾ with crushed ice, splitting the mixture equally.
Top off with carbonated water, Sprite, or 7-Up.
Garnish with a toothpick of a fresh strawberry and mint leaves. (Umbrella optional)
Recipe Note
• You may want to use more syrup if using carbonated water or less if using 7-Up or Sprite since they are sweet. Adjust to your taste level.
• For a cleansing version of this libation, try adding a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a squueze of lemon juice to this recipe using carbonated water instead of Sprite or 7-Up.
