This is a guilt-free way to enjoy your Caesar salads without giving up the good flavors!

Ingredients
1/3 C. Grated fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Garlic clove- Finely grated or chopped
1/2 Large lemon-Juiced
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 C. Low-fat Greek yogurt
1/8 Tsp.Himalayan Sea Salt
2-3 grinds of fresh cracked pepper
2 Anchovy fillets- in Oil
1 1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
In a large bowl , add the grated garlic, olive oil, mustard, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, and Worcestershire sauce -then using a hand emulsifier or hand blender, mix all of the ingredients until blended.
Remove the anchovies from the oil and roughly chop them up.
Add them to the mixture along with a pinch of salt and pepper and continue to blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl or air tight container and chill until use.
