Ingredients
1/2 C. Pure Tahini ( well stirred)
1/2 C. Fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Cold water

1 Tsp. Ground Turmeric powder
1 Tsp. Fresh grated Turmeric-Optional if you can't find it, increase ground Turmeric by 1/2 Tsp.
1/8 Tsp. of Sweet Paprika
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 C. Whole milk yogurt or non-fat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley or Dill
1/8 Tsp. Salt
1-2 Grinds of fresh cracked pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large food processor or blender.
If the dressing is still too thick, you can add more water or lemon juice a Tbsp. at a time until it reaches favored consistency.
Pour into a bowl or air tight container and chill until use, then serve at room temperature.
Recipe Note
* If you use Greek Yogurt, you will most likely need to increase the water as it tends to be rather thick, or if you want it as a dip omit extra water.
