Ingredients

1/2 C. Pure Tahini (well stirred)

1/2 Fresh lemon- juiced- more for later if too thick.

3 Tbsp. Cold water

1 ½ Tsp. Ground Turmeric powder

1/8 Tsp. of Sweet Paprika

2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 C. Whole milk yogurt or Non-fat Greek yogurt if you want more of a dressing VS dip.

1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley

1 Tbsp. Fresh Dill

1/8 Tsp. Salt

1-2 Grinds of fresh cracked pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large food processor or blender.
If the dressing is still too thick, you can add more water or lemon juice a Tbsp. at a time until it reaches favored consistency.
Pour into a bowl or air tight container and chill until use, then serve at room temperature.
Recipe Note
* If you use whole Greek Yogurt vs non fat, you will most likely need to increase the water as it tends to be rather thick, or if you want it as a dip omit extra water.
