Fresh Dill 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chives 1/2 C. Fresh Micro greens (optional) 2 Garlic cloves- Finely grated or chopped 4 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon juice 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 C. Non-Fat Greek Yogurt 1/3 C. Pure ground sesame Tahini -stirred well 3 Tbsp. Champagne Vinegar ½ Tsp. Green Za'atar 1/8 C. Cold water 1/2 Tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt (or Salt) 1/8 Tsp. Fresh cracked pepper Combine all ingredients in a large food processor or blender and blend until smooth. If the dressing is still too thick, you can add more water or lemon juice- 1 Tbsp. at a time until it reaches favored consistency. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until use. • This should store well for 1-2 weeks. • If your dressing is too thick, you can add a little water or lemon juice to thin it out to the desired consistency. Or you can keep it a thicker texture for veggies or pita chip dips. • This is a great dip/sauce for grilled vegetables, falafel and pita, just add a bit less water or lemon juice or use regular Greek yogurt instead of non fat to make it a thicker dip. It's also excellent for many dishes such as salads or fish & grilled chicken.Green Goddess Tahini Dressing
