Ingredients

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup water

1 Tsp. Sumac
Directions
Add ingredients into a small saucepan over medium low heat.
Simmer for about 5 minutes, until honey is dissolved while stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain into an airtight container through a fine mesh strainer to remove large Sumac particles.
Allow syrup to cool before closing airtight and storing in the refrigerator.
Syrup will keep, refrigerated, for up to 1 month.
