2 oz. Irish Whiskey

.5 oz. Chilled Espresso shot

.5 oz. Espresso/Coffee Liquor

1.5 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream

1 .5-2 oz. Heavy Cream

Green rim sugar (optional)
Directions
In a cocktail shaker over ice, add the Crème de Menthe, Espresso liquor, Bailey's Irish Cream, whiskey, and heavy cream.
Shake vigorously, then pour into a rocks glass that has been rimmed with green sugar (optional) over ice and serve immediately.
Recipe Note
• We recommend using fresh espresso for best taste, but you can easily use instant espresso, then chill it if it’s more accessible.
• You can use a lemon wedge on the rim of your glass before rolling the edge of your glass on a plate with fine sugar.
