Shaken, not stirred... the famous words immortalized by none other than Bond, James Bond in Casino Royale- and in honor of the new 007 film release, No Time To Die, we wanted to share Ian Fleming & Bond's favorite cocktail- The Vesper.

Ingredients
3 oz. Gin (Preferably British)
1 oz. Vodka (Russian Preferred)
.5 oz. Kina Lillet (or Very Dry Vermouth)
1 Large, thin twist of a lemon peel
Directions
Add the first 3 ingredients to your cocktail shaker with ice.
Then in the words of Bond himself- “Shake it very well, until it”s ice cold, then add a large, thin slice of lemon peel.”
Serve in a deep coupe or martini glass & enjoy!
Recipe Note
This cocktail is perfect as a before dinner drink... but beware, it is not for the faint of heart! You can add more ice and lemon to counter the strength of this cocktail.
