-

1-2 Fresh mint leaves

1 Fresh Strawberry
Garnish
Directions
Lightly muddle the mint and strawberry syrup in the bottom of a sturdy shaker about 10 times or until the fragrance begins to come out from the mint.
Add the rum and lime juice and shake it up a few times until combined.
Pour into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
Top with club soda and stir using a straw gently to distribute the mint.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry and mint leaf.
Recipe Note
• You may want to use more syrup depending on what kind of sparkling water or club soda.
• I recommend preparing the syrup ahead of time, it take about a half hour and this syrup is a great add to lemonade, sparkling water or other beverages and cocktails. It is great to keep on hand!
