Ingredients
4 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Pomegranate juice
.5 oz. Orange juice (We used Turmeric orange juice for an extra pop)
1 oz. Sumac simple syrup
Garnish
2 Lemon peel twists for garnish
1/2 Tsp. Sumac Powder for garnish
2 Tbsp.Pomegranate Sugar for garnish
Directions
Add all ingredients except the garnish to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Place 1 cube with sumac sugar side up into each coupe glass.(see notes for ice cube)
Carefully strain your cocktail into each glass slowly around the ice cube, then garnish with a lemon peel twist on top of each cube.
Serve immediately.

Notes:
Instruction to make your pomegranate ice cube.
• Freeze square block ice cubes, preferably small ones. overnight.
• Using a small pestle and mortar, grind 1/2 Tsp. of Sumac until it becomes a nice powder.
• In a small plate combine 2 Tsp. of Pomegranate sugar and the sumac and spread along bottom of plate.
• Remove ice cube from tray and quickly wet the top of cube.
• Gently place the wet side of the cube down onto the plate to coat the top of the cube.
